aya! i'm the webmaster of hunipyon and a digital artist + blogger who loves to keep my life in check through code and art. from the site itself, i'm sure you were already able to tell that, though! i'd love to interact with anyone and everyone who finds even the slightest bit of interest in my little corner of the world wide web
describing myself has always proven difficult for me, but i'm mostly just a funny little guy. i try my best to be as friendly as possible and i'm generally energetic and always up to listen to someone...even though i do zone out quite a bit. i'm passionate and one that doesn't really go along with the flow. i love to try new things and get into anything that seems even a little cool. i am also someone that isn't afraid to speak my mind most of the time; though with autism sometimes it is for the worse to do so. i tend to be awkward in social situations but i thrive when talking about anything i like. i also hold lots of love in me, even if i do act snarky or mean to my friends (all jokes of course!). i have so many people i care about and make sure to let them know as much as possible. i must admit, sometimes i get overwhelmed very easily and i do have a short temper. it's something i've had since childhood, though everyone has their negative traits, right? if we were all nice people then kindness wouldn't even be a thing, so maybe it's good to be rough around the edges sometimes. in three words, i would describe myself as: bubbly, friendly, and sarcastic. though most of the time, it's hard to tell when i'm being sarcastic
as is the case with most internet users, i'm not someone that would describe myself as necessarily "healthy". though i'm not very open about my mental illnesses, i am in fact one of those mentally ill people. this does make me a little bit awkward especially regarding my autism and anxiety but i try my best to tough through it. now something i don't really hide is my disabilities. i'm physically disabled and have POTs, PFS, and endometriosis (along with
lots of chronic pain). i'm an avid supporter of disabled pride and am quite open about my disabilities to try to show others that they aren't alone. it's something i find passion in, as i want to always strive for inclusivity and disestablishing an ableist society

i first started coding at the ripe age of around 9. i always loved coding/computer class in elementary school (although it always was just...scratch) and my interest peaked as i discovered tumblr. of course, a 9 year old shouldn't have been on tumblr in the first place but i didn't understand that at the time. themes and creating them was a passion of mine- i would spend days making sure my theme and pages were to how i liked them. web development itself wasn't something i ever thought i'd pick up until discovering neocities. the first neocities site i

y2k! his site inspired me to create my own and thus this account was created in 2019. in 2021, i started actually attempting to create a real website, and 2022 was the start of that. unfortunately, due to family circumstances i had not updated since february but that all changed in august and that gets us to where we are now! hunipyon.neocities.org is a passion project, a way to catalogue my life and be publicly autistic about a lot of things i like. this is a personal website and one that i hope will have anyone see and think "a lot of work and dedication went into this". i love coding and running a website and it's one of my favorite hobbies!
regarding interests, i have so many that i can barely keep track! though, i can briefly go over a few. magical girls is one of my long lasting special interests. since i was introduced to sailor moon as a young child, i have always loved the girly nature of them. i even love some horror/darker magical girl shows! along with this, the persona series is something that's been important to me since my first introduction to it in 2016. my favorite game is persona 4 golden but persona 2 IS and EP come very close to second. i also very much enjoy horror rpg maker games with my favorites being hello charlotte and ib. yume nikki is a complete other separate interest of mine since i love it so much, especially all of its fangames! im creating one of my own as well. i'm also a huge animatronic and muppets/puppets fan so i like anything regarding those two!!
now hobbies is something i'm much better at explaining. some of my biggest hobbies are character creation and story building. this includes game development and writing as a subtype of those. along with that, i'm an artist and someone who loves to draw anything and everything. i love experimenting and drawing from the heart. i also really enjoy language learning and (unfortunately) studying. im currently learning japanese and hope to pass the JLPT N5! i want to start learning korean and chinese as well. along with these, i love baking, decorating, organizing things, reading, and much much more
all in all, i'd say i'm a pretty approachable autistic guy who likes some strange things but means well. there's nothing too interesting or too boring about me; i'm right dab in the middle! and that's where i like to be if i do say so myself. i'm not ever sure how to end these "about me's" so i will drop an embarassing fact instead. once, in 5th grade i came into school crying. the counselor had to bring me to her office. i had to explain that i was crying over a danganronpa death
